It all starts with buying the highest quality yarn made from 100% USA cotton spun in Korea. Only the finest raw materials make it into our garments. The yarn imports to Los Angeles where it is knit using circular knitting machines with a high needle count to achieve a finely knit correct weight, hand, and minimize shrinkage.
The knit fabric rolls are sent to our LA area dye house. We dye fabric using premium quality dye stuff to exactly match your approved Lab Dip color. Special finishing treatments include Enzyme finish, Silicone, and Soft Hand options to achieve the exact touch required.
Before cutting, fabric rolls are laid out to rest. Cutting markers are developed using professional TUKA CAD software, generating precision graded patterns across all sizes. Our cutting is done using precision automated cutting machinery to meet tight tolerances.
Cut pieces are transported across the border to our sewing facility in Tijuana, Mexico. We utilize overlock stitching, automatic bottom hemmers, and left-hand knife finishing. Every single garment is inspected and audited by our on-site quality control team.
Our printing presses are calibrated to guarantee exacting registration. We offer specialized B2B printing options including High Density, HD Gel, 3D Mix, Foils, puff ink, and metallic prints, along with precision embroidery and heat press transfers.
We provide full retail compliance packaging: pre-packs, warehouse breakouts, individual polybags, hangers, and custom UPC tagging. Finished products are shipped across the border to a customer-designated warehouse in San Diego for global distribution.
